Went to the Ice cream shop in the complex. Rude behavior of counter staff, won't even give an extra disposable spoon without complaining about it. Had no patience to deal with customers.

(In response to your complaint, we made an investigation into the situation. And we came to know that you were provided with 8 spoons for sampling. We also provided 4 spoon and 2extra cups when you ordered only 2scoops of Ice Cream and 1Creamaccino.

Again after providing 2 extra spoons, we were only polite in explaining our concern! All big brands keep account for every cup and spoon that are issued to the customer. We are not so rigid but giving more than 14 spoons for two scoops of ice cream is little high. This is for your kind understanding. We hope our explanation was satisfactory!)

FIRST OF ALL, THERE WAS NOTHING POLITE ABOUT THE WAY ONE LADY IN YOUR SERVICE TREATED US.

In response to your response, we ordered 2 bowls of ice cream, 1 creamacino, 1 lemon soda pop and then 1 happy vanilla( without any dipping) and the bill came upto approx 450rs. And I wouldn't mind paying for those spoons and I just don't want to be treated the way they treated despite me paying for the items ordered.

FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION , WE DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY EXTRA CUPS AND I DONT UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR EXTRA CUPS.

I didn't come there to eat spoons, they gave 3 extra spoons after asking so many times and also after showing their rude face to us. Please kindly use your brains and your CCTV to see who is telling the truth here.

You should be respecting your customers AND YOU HAVE LOST ONE GOOD CUSTOMER AND I WOULD MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DON'T EVER GO...

Very Very Worst service and tastes very poor.... As i am ur customer of 5yrs....On 27th Jan i ordered a b'day cake for my kid for the cost of Rs.905 ....my kid bday is on 29th and they said that 29th 2pm the cake ll be ready...and i went to the bakery at 2.30pm to get it but they said the cake is not ready and the person called the baker to make it and they said they ll deliver it at 3.30pm.....i said ok and they delivered at 3.45pm...fine but when i taste it then only i knew that the taste was VERY VERY WORST....there is no butter scotch flavour no fresh cream and all...totally disappointed in our kid's b'day.....then the next day at 10am i went to the bakery and complaint regarding this...atfirst they wont accept my complaint after that they said its our prob and we ll giveuc 1/2 kg fresh cream cake as complimentary....i didnt accept it and then they asked balance cake..i took it from my home to hand over them...after that they told we ll discuss with our owner and tel u.....i waited to the core atlast 1pm they called me and tel me that for a complimentary we ll give u 1 kg fresh cream cake and i Thought that they ll make a new cake which i ordered...but they give me just a ordinary venilla fresh cream cake...which taste even worst than the last one...finally i lost Rs.905 to them for this ordinary venilla cake instead of my kid's b'day butter scotch cake bcoz i returned the butter scotch cake...they said that its a complimentary.....for this complimentary ordinary venilla cake i paid Rs.905....day by day u r losing ur taste and ur customers...i need proper solution...

I am from Coimbatore and we had a plan of celebrating my Son’s bday in my MIL home on Dec 28th in Madurai. So when I surfed both website and other means I got a review to order a cake in Puppy’s bakery and I went to order in Kochadai branch in person with my family a day before. Requested them for a Butter cream cake as we all love that than Fresh cream cakes. For past three years we are ordering the same Butter cream cakes in Erode, Coimbatore and Chennai as well. And butter cream cakes usually cost 450-550 per kg. Here they told whatever it is Fresh or butter cream we charge 900/kg.I thought fine, may be they have a good quality and taste.I ordered a Pikachu themed 1kg Butter cream cake and they charged ₹1300. As all parents I too want to give best to my kid.And the next day we got our cake from their shop and while cutting itself it was so hard and the base was not at all fresh hope it was prepared in excess for Christmas 🤐🤐as it was some 1 or 2 days old.The cream was tasteless. The fame made me fool.Got highly disappointed. Even a Teacake will be so soft when it is prepared fresh.Atleast they would have told us we are not doing buttercream cakes. Highly...
