Will never visit again. Please read below review of you care about your health! Being a vegetarian I've been a customer since 6months. Earlier food was good. Now that they've more customers they've gone bad in terms of quality. They add water into everything and sambar, rasam and more kozhambu is watery. Their vegetable curries have more unburst mustard which is not good for health. They don't remove skin of ginger in their curries. Consumption of ginger skin can lead to food poisoning you can check this with doctors. When pointed out to owner lady she doesn't care about your feedback and is arrogant. If you care about quality and hygiene don't consider this hotel.

I know a doctor who himself had food there and said that ginger consumption along with skin could lead to food poisioning. Dear owners you could be having a commercial motive but it harms individuals health. May the god give you some knowledge and correct you on this.

Thought of giving a second chance but by seeing the owners response towards negative reviews made up my mind not to visit anymore.

This is a pucca home made food experience I wouldn't say taste is out of world but it's really good if you wanna have homemade food outside also. For tiffin to lunch particularly in lunch they don't serve varieties only meals was available when I visited Last time taste of it is good as said homely taste without additives. In tiffin starting stages they didn't serve much varieties now they have started to have few varieties for dinner. But the quantity they prepare is really small, if crowd comes more than what they expect all dishes go out of availability I've been here three all three times same experience. So if you wish to go here go very early maybe they might have more availability of even side dishes too. Staff and service can be much much better they behave and serve like a mess it's more often of its kind only. But they need to act quick and brisk which I didn't find particularly when it is crowded it has to be taken into consideration. Heared they are open for more than a year but still the amateur feeling in serving and maintaining hotel with food availability is visible. This has to be corrected. Again Food taste has no big problems in it. Pricing is nominal I would say but can be atleast 5 to 10rs lesser when it comes to every dish particularly the meals costing 130 is more I feel as even bigger restaurants nearby serve...

Very poor response, asked us to pay in advance for online delivery and they changed the order which I have placed and asked them weather they will change the order r not and they told me that they will change but till 9.30 v r waiting there is no response from their side. And we called them again and again they r not picking up. Good evening ma'am, I'm not complaining about the quality of food, I'm saying that , the response from your side for the online order is not good and the way you spoke with me is not respectful. That comes true when we saw the reply of yours . On that day we ordered food for aged person and we are waiting upto 9.30 p.m from your side we didn't get any confirmation that your coming for picking up the food which you have delivered wrongly. We called you again and again your not picking up after a long time you picked and asking me what can I do?? Is this the way to reply for an regular costumer ??? As u told we are getting food because the quality of food the way the people who all there for supply are too good. I too knew that this is not an one man army so many r working there.
