The Cream e Cakes — Restaurant in Madurai

Last Oct 12 I had purchased a bday cake from this Baker and the Zomato people billed RS 499/- and the actual rate is 399/-..wen enquired about the same the response from the Baker is plain and they simply pointed out that they have nothing to do with the menu price and the rate is quoted by Zomato and wen contacted them the following response ....they are telling that it's the shop is charging...

Very unfair on your part to over charge customers like this....

Yesterday I was planning for cake surprise for my aunt and I couldn't find any shops delivering to the location after 8 in food ordering Apps . But then I called the shop and mentioned the location to them and they immediately agreed that they will deliver with right service charge. They made me comfortable by sending the cake photo through whatsapp and I ordered from Chennai to deliver in Madurai. It is really happy to experience such a smooth process and also they delivered on time. My aunt and my cousins enjoyed the cake .we tried blueberry flavour for the first time and the comments was so good. I am waiting to come to Madurai and taste that flavour. Previously we bought rainbow cake once before two years and that's too good. I prefer them personally 😍 Thanks team for making our moments...

We had bad experience twice with them, for ordering birthday cake. First time the order taking guy was busy with a single customer for half an hour and didn't even tell us to wait. So we left and decided to order over phone. But the guy didn't accept the order thru phone and told us to come in person Next time I was about to order 1.5kg rainbow cake. One guy was telling so politely to see the designs. When I asked whether I could get the cake 12pm the next day, the order taking guy immediately replied "kedaikathu sir". No options given for me to rethink and so I left. First teach your employees to talk politely to Ur...
