This restaurant was good until 2022. Now it has become worse. Very bad customer care. People in the billing and the cash counter are rude. They are more like robots. You ask them anything , their answer is ' NO'. There will be around 10 fellows in the delivery section who hardly understand Tamil and respond to the minimum. No matter how polite you speak , they act as deaf. Earlier food was tasty at an affordable price but now you don't like paying for their cleanliness . it's the most unhygienic place. If you want to go inside the restaurant you will have to walk on dirty water which runs out of the restaurant. Just visit the spot and check. If you want to eat food here close your eyes and go. Or you won't feel like eating. These people are in the same business for a long time but still they don't want to take any steps to keep their kitchen clean. They let the kitchen waste water on the road. Even worse is the toilet . The door got jammed and had to scream for help. Please don't see the roof if you have to eat there. Lots of rats are there . Ordered a chola poori but couldn't finish it as it was hard and had no taste. Pongal was good. Idly was good. Dosa was ok. Chilli parota was dry Fried rice was ok. Gobi was bad Ultimately I don't want to give even one star because we are paying for the food for zero customer service. I don't want to visit it again. Very bad attitude.

We were 8 altogether and tried almost all the items. Overall it's a below average food...

Yesterday I went to hotel and book a 15 mini tiffen for break fast and 15 lunch parcel. i told them I will pay advance now and come & collect today. They told me no worry sir. You can come straight way and will arrange immediately. There will be small waiting time. I keep insisting them to get the advance and book. 15 nos is very small. It’s ok. You can come in the morning. I came @7am today and requested them to take Order. Parcel service ( 2 guys ) told me that they can not do it now. Come only after 8am. I told them and explain all the above.

they simple keeping saying “ ASK THOSE 2 CHASHIER LADIES PARCEL IT “.

I was searching those 2 person. They laughed louder said. They will come 9am. Will you wait until then ?

It’s ok you can wait until 9am and get the parcel.

They keep laughing and saying. “check with those ladies when they come at 9am.”

He said next time we need to ask waiter before so such order in future
