Had a very very very bad experience by this cake shop I had ordered choclate truffle cake on 15th oct, for my sons Birthday on 16th oct with car print and "HAPPY BIRTHDAY VIRAT" to be printed, i told the staff 4 times that dont make mistake in name(the staff member was so over confident that he said he never makes mistake in name)here is what happened I went to receive cake and saw wrong name printed on cake, that was my sons birthday and they wrote completely different name, asked about mistake staff says confusion due to same 2 orders , if it was a case then why haven't they handed me cake on which there was name Virat After discussing, they agreed make correction in print and send me cake in 30 min. I am continuously calling to take follow up and got update that new print has been prepared. After 1 hour i haven't received order yet and got an update only after calling myself about this adjustment of name done like shown in image attached. You can see how it looks, for this they have taken almost 1hr 30min they were just doing timepass on phone. These guys were very rude on phone just like " ye humpe ehsan kar rahe hai cake deke". They do not even care about what mistake they had done. 8.Ruined my sons birthday party. 9.they promised about refund, but haven't got any, they didnt even reply on your message. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional! We had ordered a customized cake from Baileys Cake Shop for my birthday, clearly explaining the design and details. The so-called head chef initially refused, saying it was "too hard to make." So we spoke to the owner, who confirmed it could be done and even asked us to pay the full amount in advance.
But when we went to pick up the cake at 7 PM today – on my BIRTHDAY, they casually said “we forgot to mix the cake.” What kind of nonsense is this?! You literally had ONE job, and you ruined my special day completely. No apology. No urgency. Just blank stares and excuses.
When we asked for a refund, the owner again pushed the blame on the head chef, saying he's the only one available. That chef, by the way, was rude, unmannered, and spoke to us with zero respect. No sense of responsibility or decency.
Even worse – every single customer who walked into the shop while we were standing there had something negative to say. Clearly, this is a repeated pattern of bad service and not a one-time mistake.
