When it comes to finding the perfect burger spot, Buggies Burgers, a franchise of the renowned Biggies Burger chain, certainly stands out. Located in a spacious and welcoming setting, this particular branch offers a unique and delightful twist on the classic burger experience that keeps customers coming back for more. Here’s a comprehensive review of our visit, highlighting everything from the ambiance to the exceptional food.
Ambiance & Atmosphere
The first thing that struck us upon entering Buggies Burgers was the sheer size of the restaurant. Compared to other Biggies Burger franchises we’ve visited, this one was noticeably larger, offering plenty of seating options for both small and large groups. The decor was modern and vibrant, with a lively atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The walls were adorned with colorful murals and quirky artwork that added a touch of fun to the overall dining experience. The lighting was just right—not too bright, not too dim—creating a cozy yet energetic vibe that’s perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.
Menu & Offerings
Buggies Burgers takes pride in offering a menu that stays true to the Biggies Burger brand while infusing it with unique Indian flavors. The star of the show, of course, is their range of burgers, each crafted with care and packed with bold, distinctive spices that set them apart from your average fast-food fare. We decided to go for one of their popular combos, which included a juicy burger, crispy French fries, and a refreshing Virgin Mojito. The addition of Indian spices to the burger patties was a game-changer—it added a depth of flavor that was both unexpected and incredibly satisfying.
The menu also featured a variety of sides, beverages, and desserts to complement the main course. The French fries were golden and crisp, served piping hot with sachets of tangy tomato ketchup on the side. The Virgin...
Read moreThis is the downfall of biggies. (06 Aug) The manager at counter disappeared for more than an hour and other staff there did not know how to take order. They billed me different and while delivering food the burger was different than what i ordered. If the staff is new then they should not have taken the order as the burger ingredients were not cooked or melted properly. I have eaten at this place before And i know what THE ORIGINAL looks and tastes like, This was not that burger. & the wrap was made hastily. There were approximately 7-8 orders along with me who were waiting for food or had some problem with it. Another guy kept asking for managers name or number but they were ignoring him. This is the last straw I recommend not to eat at this place as not only they wasted the money but also delivered worst food. But while billing they were keeping track of every single rupee which is worse when you see they make burger as if it...
Read moreMy recent dining experience at Biggies Burger in Phoenix mall of the millennium in Wakad was incredibly disappointing. The food served was raw and undercooked, which was concerning for both taste and safety. When I voiced my complaint, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cashier responded by yelling and displaying aggressive behavior right in front of other customers which was shocking and embarrassing. Such a response is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Consumer courts are very slow in India otherwise the burger joint can be sued for such preparations and bad employee behavior. I would not recommend this place at all. I wonder how such staff is hired in the first place. They need to hire well mannered and trained staff if they want to keep their...
