This is the downfall of biggies. (06 Aug) The manager at counter disappeared for more than an hour and other staff there did not know how to take order. They billed me different and while delivering food the burger was different than what i ordered. If the staff is new then they should not have taken the order as the burger ingredients were not cooked or melted properly. I have eaten at this place before And i know what THE ORIGINAL looks and tastes like, This was not that burger. & the wrap was made hastily. There were approximately 7-8 orders along with me who were waiting for food or had some problem with it. Another guy kept asking for managers name or number but they were ignoring him. My recent dining experience at Biggies Burger in Phoenix mall of the millennium in Wakad was incredibly disappointing. The food served was raw and undercooked, which was concerning for both taste and safety. When I voiced my complaint, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cashier responded by yelling and displaying aggressive behavior right in front of other customers which was shocking and embarrassing. Such a response is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
