Asia Seven- Phoenix Mall of the Millennium — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Last time ,I ordered for Veg Manchurian with Fried Rice - it was fine. This time I ordered for Chilly Chicken with Fried Rice & it was absolutely hopeless n bogus. To add up to the dismay , I was charged 20 Rs extra for a stupid cardboard container.....on a take-away.....which would be actually costing just 1 Rupee. None of the other food outlets over there in the Mall - charge for even specialised n expensive containers. I wasn't ready to pay the container charges.....but I was denied the takeaway then. So I was compelled to pay it to them. When I saw the container in which the food was packed.....I was totally disappointed to see the cheap quality of the container used. I'm totally disappointed with the container charges & would expect a refund of that. I spoke to the Store Manager named Nandev Shinde.....but he beated around the bush just to get away with this concern or issue. Quantity also.....is way too less.

Update on 25 April - Based on my review a week back....these people just responded to me over here with stupid artificial n plastic verbatim - to send them an email - which I promptly did. But to my dismay ,I haven't received any response from them as yet...

Asia Seven doesn’t have too many ramen options, but the one I tried was honestly amazing. I had their paneer veggie ramen and loved how fresh and flavourful everything was.

The soup was perfectly balanced, not too salty, not too spicy, just right. It felt warm, comforting, and full of taste. The best part? It came with lots of fresh veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini , and carrots. Each one added something different to the bowl, and they were all cooked just right—not overdone or soggy.

The noodles were soft and springy, not sticky or mushy, and they soaked up the soup so well. Every bite had a mix of flavour and texture that made the whole dish feel wholesome and satisfying.

Even though there were only a few ramen options on the menu, this one was clearly made with care. It didn’t feel rushed or just thrown together,it felt like they really knew what they were doing. Ordered their non-veg combo & chicken manchurian. Got told 10mins prep time. When enquired @ 10mins, got told 5 mins more. When enquired @ 15mins, got told 5 mins more. When enquired @ 20mins, got told 5 mins more. By this time, I was irritated & asked them to cancel my order & refund my money. @ 26mins, an order came out and they were ready to give it to me when an assistant realised that it was veg combo & not my order of non-veg combo. Again the same old “5 mins more”. I got quite angry & insisted on my refund. Got my refund and warned all potential customers of bad/slow service or possibly no food order at all! This restaurant ruined my evening & wasted my time.

P.S. : They share their premises & kitchen with Street Food by Punjab Grill. Due to above reasons, even that establishment does not enjoy good ratings or...
