Incredible Food, Disappointing Service

If you're here just for the food—it's a 10/10. The pizza is incredible, the sauces are rich and flavorful, and every bite is worth the hype. Absolutely no complaints when it comes to the kitchen—pure perfection.

But unfortunately, the service tells a different story. Despite there being empty tables, we had to ask multiple times just to be seated.

One of the staff members kept pretending to be busy, but did very little to actually help. We were made to wait over 10 minutes while being brushed off with “I’m billing”—when there were clearly tables available.

Basic requests like water, tissues, the QR code for the payment, and even the bill had to be followed up repeatedly. You had to just keep begging for the smallest things.

For a place serving food this good, the service really drags down the experience. It’s frustrating to see such a great kitchen let down by careless front-of-house management.

We wanted to order more but given the service and how we had to ask for everything and seeing them treat us like shit - we cleared our bill and left to go to some other place.

Would I return for the food? Yes. Would I return expecting decent service? Absolutely not—unless they seriously fix their staffing...
