I recently visited Burger King and had a fantastic experience that I just had to share. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. I tried the classic Whopper, and it was delicious – juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly complemented by fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and hot, and the drink selection was great, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's preferences.

While the food is great and prices are a tad bit lower than McD (not a lot), their in-store sales staff practices have personally disturbed me over the last week.

And I mean disturbed.

Visited Hinjewadi Suratwala store once and the PS store twice. Their staff comes and stands aggressively close to me at the kiosk while ordering. The girl in Hinjewadi was reciting a script and couldn't answer a simple question about combos. And the two times I visited PS, again the girls came very close to me all of a sudden and scared me. I'm not comfortable with people so close to me in my physical space. I've had to shout at them to move back and leave me alone.

You put kiosks for a reason. Let customers use them. What's the point of adding kiosks if you still have staff to help sell your stuff?

They should stay back at a safe distance. Staff in McD have long stopped doing that. They wait for the customer to call and when said help is not needed, they move away instantly. BK staff is quite aggressive...
