How does Domino's handle a pizza delivery that is late? I ordered my food when I got in from work at 12:53am it is now 3:12am and I still have no food I called dominos 3 times at 2:45am they said is was out with the driver now at 3:13am I still have no food.

I'm going anonymous cuz I don't wanna get in trouble at work.

First of all, Dominos hasn't had a thirty minute guarantee in a decades. People would intentionally wreck into drivers and try to sue the company on the basis that they were speeding to bring an order on time.

Dominos does, however, have a pizza tracker.

I do not recommend believing the tracker on weekends. In most stores, at least in my area, the tracker begins to get way off after delivery time hits about an hour. The store has no control over this as the systems automatic and the Dominos website isn't controlled by a specific franchise.

I, personally, havnt heard the rule that dominos can't give credits. My store does fairly often. If your order is super late and you call in, whoever answers will deeply apologize and offer to either remake the order or give you a credit for a little bit more than the price of the pizza. It was a Saturday night. The place was heavy on demand and the staff was working VERY hard to service the orders. They were clear on setting the expectations that it will take a minimum of 20 minutes to serve the order. Appreciate that. The management needs to put in some effort to expand the place or have a patio right in front of the store. It has space but being used by many delivery vehicles. This store has a huge potential. But some customers will avoid coming by looking at the huge crowd and zero sitting place. The store was clean though. Again kudos to the staff.
