Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This Pimple Saudagar store/franchise in Rainbow Plaza at Shivar Chowk is the worst in food quality as well as service. I want to give 0 starts actually.

On last Sun, 19th May, I ordered only 1 medium pizza costing 700+ bucks at 09:32 pm and received it at 10:25 pm. Asked the delivery guy, he said he got it late from the store. I too agree based on tracking and the SMS time-stamps which I received from Dominos. I tried calling the store on all 3 contact numbers but couldn't connect. Either busy or not reachable or switched-off. Moreover nobody in the store has the courtesy to call me back and apologise until now.

Coming to the quality, the pizza was cold and hard, also burnt and broken at the edges. Looks like it was kept in the oven for longer than required or re-heated. Literally we could neither eat it nor re-order as the store was closed by then. Wondering how do I upload pics with my review.

Pathetic experience, really disappointing. I want my full money back. Where is their 30 min guaranteed delivery else money back policy ?? I will never turn back to Dominos in future. Pizza Hut is next to my society, still I always order from Dominos and this is what I get as a...

Bcz when i gave money one lady added amount in system and she said 194rs asked for change then after that i took pepsi 60rs total was 263rs with adding GST...BYMISTAKE I gave her 310rs but she gave me 36rs only.i didn't even counted that time,when i total waiting for pizza i went,i said i gave you more money as 10rs...she was not ready to listen 2/3 times i said but she stick to that' NO' very bad how can customer will go wrong when i said i gave you 10rs more...but its not about 10rs however that time bymistake i could have gave her 500rs note then she would have done the same....pathetic yaar....bcz of 10rs ..she was not taking her mistake...other than this plesent environment,good staff,pizza was awesom...i like the place and pizza....rest all was superb...rating i would have given 5 but for that reason sorry...hated it...
