Stepping into Global Punjab was like entering a haven of culinary excellence and cultural richness. The ambiance, carefully crafted to reflect the vibrancy of Punjab, enveloped me in warmth and anticipation. As I delved into the menu, my gastronomic journey took an extraordinary turn with the paneer dish – a masterpiece in itself. The paneer, possessing an unparalleled smoothness, gracefully dissolved on the palate, leaving an indescribable sensation of culinary ecstasy.
The true star, however, was the captivating symphony of flavors within the gravy. Each bite was a revelation, an exquisite dance of spices that showcased the culinary prowess of Global Punjab. It was not just a meal; it was a culinary odyssey, an experience that transcended mere satisfaction.
Reflecting on this dining escapade, I find myself compelled to declare it as one of the most exceptional Punjabi culinary encounters of my life. Global Punjab has not only set a new standard but has etched itself in my memory as a gastronomic sanctuary where every bite is a celebration of flavor, texture, and culture. I eagerly await the day when I can embark on this extraordinary journey again and savor the unparalleled brilliance of Global Punjab's...
Read moreWe went to this place after reserving the table through Zomato.1+1 on food was another reason to choose this place. Based on the rating Zomato has for this restaurant had put lot of expectations from this place, which however was least met.
Ambience is not at all pleasing. Seating is a bit congested and uncomfortable. Food was okay, but not at all in the competitive zone compared to other restaurants in the segment. Paneer Kadhai personally for me was tasteless, Veg Lahori Kofta was too sweet yet the better one among the two. Lachha Paratha was burnt at the edges, Garlic Nan was just okay. Chicken 65 was good, but not the best I would say.
Service is not up to the mark, and the waitors found it really difficult managing the rush. A completely different bill was served at the next table. Our bill was miscalculated based on the Zomato gold offer, which we resent for correction. Prefer to validate your bill when you visit on a crowded weekend.
Parking on a weekend could be another issue.
Overall, a big thumbs down for me.
Food - 3/5 Service - 2/5 Ambience - 1/5 Seating - 2/5 Parking management - 3/5
It's heavily crowed on weekends, hence would suggest to reserve the table...
Read moreVisited this place on 21st March 2019 I found this place an average to hang out with friends and would be my last preferred if other restaurants are on list.
Reviews are as follows Service: Service is very slow, you can be in situations where half of the table is enjoying their meal and half sitting idle and waiting for something to munch. It took us 15 mins to get drinks and one hour to get starters.I would suggest if you plan to visit here order everything at once.
Food: Starters are the only savior for this restaurant. You can enjoy your starters with chilled 🍺. Main course is not that good. Even food might be Icey cold by the time it reaches you.
Ambiance: If Ambiance is something which you are looking for you will appreciate Panjabi style here. Restaurant is not that much spacious even it is 2 floors and you may feel over crowded.
Washrooms are only on 1st floor so drink wisely. If you don't want to climb up and wait in queue.
Parking: They have wallet parking services but availability depends on timing of day you are visit. At This road side restaurant you might have to wait long for parking space.
Over all one time visit is all I...
