FRAUD Alert! This is how Jagdamb restaurant CHEATS customers
This place is a joke. This incident happened with me yesterday where the restaurant charged irrelevant amount of money for the food they served. So, I and my friend happened to visit this restaurant for dinner. We ordered paneer sabzi (vegetable) and chapati. Honestly speaking, there was nothing special about the food, no where it was close to what they call it as authentic taste. Later, we ordered BAJRA roti and to our surprise, the waiter brought a dry and very hard BAJRA roti. So we asked if he could apply some butter/ghee if possible to that rotis (we knew that would charge extra compared to dry roti). Now, this is where the real story starts. The waiter applied some ghee to that rotis and served us. It was super hard and difficult to chew. Somehow we completed our dinner and asked for the bill. I will attach the picture of bill here, with this review for your reference. There were 2 butter naam mentioned on the bill which we never ordered. I checked it with the manager/ person at billing counter about the discrepancy and the wrong item mentioned. This person explained that it was added as Bajra roti with ghee wasn't in their menu. Please pay attention here about the justification that guy provided us: Bajra roti cost: Rs. 20 And extra charges for ghee: Rs. 25 (It was hardly a tea spoon of ghee applied on roti) We were shocked to see that ghee applied on roti costed more than roti itself. Isn't it CHEATING???? Just because we asked for an item which wasn't mentioned on the menu, they almost charged us 4x of what the actual charges were. When we argued in this, he started providing irrelevant explanations. Also, he didn't even made eye contact with us. FOOLING customers won't profit your business. Please DONT CHEAT CUSTOMERS. Customers are the one who bring you bread n butter. I request everyone reading this, avoid going to...

Read moreDon't waste money, very pathetic and tasteless food. We ordered their Masala Papad, Special Mutton thali ,Chicken thali and Chicken roasted. The starter Masala papad came with hairs so on notification they humbly taken away and served another one. The taste challenge started with masala papad. They used very cheap quality SHEV on papad and no another masala on it. Then comes to Thali, the most horrible thing to try with. It comes with 5 pieces of mutton+ Bhakri + Khema ( full of oil and again tasteless)+Alni (its nothing but pure water needless to say again tasteless)+ Pandhra Rassa ( do not dare to try). Except pandhra rassa all are prepared with Kala Masala. Gravy is like horribly tasteless and mutton was not properly cooked. We even not able to finish hafl portion of the thali. They use same ingredient in chicken and mutton. We all felt sick on next morning with upset stomach and Vomiting. Never suggest to try...
