Hotel VIP Maratha — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Visited on Oct 10th, the order taker fails to give you proper information on food and instead tries to upsell you expensive dishes with misleading information. Since the waiter only has knowledge about the high ticket items you have to compromise on your taste buds and expectations. I fell prey to Malwani Chicken which was recommended by him and was nowhere close to actual preparation of Malwani curry for which I was charged 800 bucks. Also, the waiter said that Tandoori Murgi full portion which costs some 400 bucks comprises an entire chicken but there came only 4 pieces which was really disappointing experience. Poorly trained order takers who are just cheating the customers. I had brought guests over and didn't wish to create a scene otherwise would've confronted the restaurant right there for such terrible service. In conclusion, I would say the dishes are over-priced and to counter it the order taker lies. The biryani portion size was very small. This place is a huge RED FLAG! AVOID

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was less than satisfactory. Not only was the food underwhelming, but the staff's response to my request was disappointing.

During my meal, I asked for some pickle to go with my food, but was told that the restaurant did not have any. This was surprising to me, as it is a common condiment that most restaurants usually have. I was disappointed that such a basic request could not be fulfilled.

Furthermore, the staff's response to my request was unhelpful and indifferent. They did not make any effort to offer an alternative or apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The lack of basic amenities and indifferent staff make for a disappointing and...

We used to visit this place regularly almost twice weekly but today in lunch were served stale chicken which was a day old , frozen and reheated , when we asked the server he refused and even the owner didn’t do anything even after accepting that the chicken was a day old and reheated , extremely unethical and unprofessional behaviour by the owner and staff , not a safe place to eat at all . We even were charged for the stale inedible food . Can never visit again , will make sure everyone around me knows about this for their own safety because we used to go to this place...
