KOYLA - Dum Biryani, Kebab & Curry — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Koyla Dum Biryani, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. To begin with, the food was nothing special and did not live up to the hype. The dishes were of average quality and lacked the authentic flavor that one would expect from a reputable restaurant that specializes in Dum Biryani. To my dismay, I found out that they were just selling Khichadi in the name of Dum Biryani.

The service was also incredibly poor. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and they seemed to have no interest in providing an enjoyable dining experience. They were unwilling to accommodate any special requests and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Additionally, they charged me for things I didn't order, which was extremely frustrating.

Furthermore, the restaurant was extremely crowded and congested, making it difficult to sit and enjoy a proper meal. The tables were closely packed together, and the noise level was high, making it hard to even hold a conversation. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it stuffy and uncomfortable.

To top it all off, the hygiene level of the restaurant was questionable. The utensils were not clean, and the bathrooms were not well-maintained. The staff was also not wearing gloves or masks, which was concerning given the current pandemic situation.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Koyla Dum Biryani to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. The food is average, the service is poor, and the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant is not worth the time or money and I would advise others to...

Located in Connaught Place area, it is a good place for having biryani and kebabs. Biryani served here is Authentic Dum Biryani having influence of Hyderabadi Biryani. It is quite good option to explore for biryani lovers. The ambience is also good though if you want to sit in an AC restaurant then this is not a place as only outdoor seating is available here.
