McDonald's — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I ordered an iced coffee, politely requesting a slightly reduced amount of ice. However, to my dismay, the staff filled the entire cup predominantly with ice, despite my request.When I asked them to remove some ice, I was met with refusal and, to my astonishment, rudeness. The manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, arrogantly defended the excessive ice, citing it as standard procedure and said that if they reduce ice, they would reduce the quantity of product as well. Their dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were appalling.Furthermore, the manager's disrespectful response, implying that customers should not order iced coffee if they dislike the amount of ice, was insulting and unacceptable.As a regular customer of McDonald's, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff at this particular outlet. Such behavior not only tarnishes the brand's reputation but also reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I urge McDonald's management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Until then, I will hesitate to revisit this outlet and cannot recommend...

Extremely pathetic & Painful Attitude of the front Staff.. They are quite confused first on availability in menu, hece keep contradicting on what is available and what not.. Took me almost 10 min to place order.. Though there was no crowd.. Then had to keep reminding them of the missing stuffs in the order.. The Staff seem to be lethargic, Attentive and no care attitude.. Just scratching their heads and in a trance.. After much persuation when I got my order to my dismay Mac swirl was given plain vanilla with no choco dip! When I addressed this with the counter spoc as he had missed punching the correct order he said rudely ki ap abhi pehle pay karo choco dip ka first & then we will dip it.. This has let a very bad experience in the outlet here.. Compared to other Mac d outlets.. This is a no go strictly.. Request the owner to please take appropriate action of the front staff, including the lady with the cap..,my Time of visit was yesterday around 8 ...

Its a great place with extravaganza people though their wasn't any kind of problem even after the heavy crowd , and the worker were so kind and there was a boy named harshad , yup he was actually a very hardworking boy , even there were many people around waiting for their order he was just trying his hard to get every one meal as soon as possible and also regretting at the same time like it's being late for them and even so customers were creating Havoc still he was answering much kindly and politely and the end I couldn't stop myself from asking his name , and I though told him that I gonna mention his name in review so I hope that the McDonald let him know about this and tell him soon or later his hardwork will worth him more that anything so keep going my boy ......and the shake...
