Supreme Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Giving '0' stars for the unpleasant experience we had to go through in this restaurant.

I've been in this restaurant twice before whenever I travelled from Chennai. I do NOT like the low light ambience and atmosphere in the bar. So me and my brother were at the family dining area where there is much lighting and looks cleaner. All we wanted was to have dinner peacefully.

There was just one other family of 6 people that included women and children. Could tell they are a Tamil family as I'm also from Chennai.

We were seated in a table that was away from where the family was, minding our own business.

The waiter approached us and said are there any ladies accompanying you? And because we said NO, we were asked to move to the bar. With much hesitation, we asked if we can have the dinner served here only. The waiter without thinking twice, said we either eat there or leave. Having left with no choice, we had to leave.

I don't think after all table waiters can decide where and how a guest can dine. That's humiliating.

Not a Family Restaurant! Just a Bar! Horrible Management and Service This place classifies as a BAR only as the ideology of a common man going to have food here is not in their brains.

There is a big lobby which is divided into 2 open seating with sheet roof and closed wall roof and a so called Family Room which is empty 99% of times.

If you are a non smoker or non drinker then this places doesn’t even qualifies for you.

Think twice before going to such crappy places, full with top tier drunkards and no car parking available.

Rarely I give such reviews which are so horrible about a place but this will rank the no 1 in...

Visited this hotel and parked our car as per the security guards insrtuction. We visited at 5.00pm to 8.00 pm on 25th March 2023. to my surprise at 5.13pm RTO challan was imposed on my car for illegal parking.

On calling the owner next day he said that it is not our parking and the security guard is new and does not know of parking.

This absurd, so remember dont trust the guard for your parking as they dont take any responsibility of the same.

Finally food and drinks and internal service was good but for this approach i m giving low score as we have to think of rto fine and sit in the hotel from next...
