I had been here with my family for lunch in second week of Oct 23. Had come here in the past since this used to be a decent place to eat. Was utterly disappointed at the quality of service and quality of food provided this time. More than half the menu items were not available (we wanted roti sabzi and biryani types) and that was also not available. Finally got a few dishes like misal and bajji plate which were very oily and not tasty as well. Considering the only restaurant inside the MTDC resort we expected some good food but nothing was available. As if disappointment was not enough, we were given a bill with items which we had enquired (and told its not available). When we told about the inflated bill, they deducted the gst figure and gave us back the bill. We literally had to fight to ascertain the right amount and pay them. The limited availability of menu items is a significant drawback, with many (90%) dishes unavailable during our visit. The food quality is inconsistent - while some dishes like the misal, medu vada, batata wada and kanda bhaji were delicious, others disappointed. The sabudana khichdi, which required advance notice, was particularly disappointing. The chai also suffered from inconsistent taste across orders.

On the positive side, the restaurant's affordability and convenient location within the MTDC resort make it a viable option for guests. However, the overall experience is marred by inconsistencies in food quality and beverage preparation. The food taste is the only saving grace in this restaurant. Service is absolutely horrible to say the least. Except one guy - the only server who actually has a pleasant demeanor about him, the others seem bored, not at all interested in taking any order, and never have a smile on their faces. There are very few guests every time we came to this restaurant, but these guys can't take a order in time! And they are expert in declining if it's even close to closing time. The most appalling thing about them is that none of them know how to smile!! Even if we are courteous, reply something in a smiling face, they would make the unhappiness of face and turn their back on us. Their attitude is absolutely appalling.
