Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I had an extremely disappointing experience at WOW MOMO. From start to finish, the customer service was far below expectations. The staff seemed indifferent to customer concerns, and there was little effort to make the experience enjoyable. Seems like they are understaffed

To make matters worse, the food delivery was severely delayed, with no updates or apologies offered. This lack of communication and accountability completely ruined the dining experience.

I wish I could give 0 . I had ordered the food at 11 pm and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours to get it . I had to finally pick the order by myself all thanks to zomato . Such unprofessionalism i haven't seen in my life.

Worst food I've eaten no chilly flavour in honey and chilly potato. Felt I'm having portato dipped in sugar syrup . No garlic flavour in veg noodles in hot garlic sauce. Chicken fried rice was totally shit.

So I would suggest not to eat here and don't order from zomato especially.

The staff and support team didn't give a damn about my order as i spoke with them and they just give me fake sympathy and gave me something cooked as a consolation.

Ordered 3 plates of momos, as I wanted to try pune momos. There was a offer for 99 per plate. we got only 5 pieces in all of them. Not sure if it is their regular size or due to offer. Now let me tell about the taste. First paneer momo which was steamed, was very bland in taste and would never order again. I had paneer momo before and I can say this is the worst paneer momo. But chicken classic momo and dargelling style momo both were fried, were delicious, everyone in our group liked the chicken momos. But again the sause provided were more like chilli paste rather than authentic sause. Need improvement in portion size, sause...and they need to reconsider paneer momo recipe. Will order...
