WOW Chicken — Restaurant in Maharashtra

One of the most flawed outlets of wow chicken as per my experience.

Very misleading, avoid this outlet of wow chicken in Elpro Mall.

Placed a good value order - crispy chicken, strips, grilled chicken, burger along with 2 dips. When we found dips missing, we enquired and got the answer that tiny ketchup packs that everyone around gives is their dips and they actual dip packet they only provide in takeaway and not in dine-in. Sorry but we have paid for it we said.. and those tiny sauce packet is not dips as we’ve had similar order earlier many times. They refuted it even when the order clearly mentions having them added. They do not maintain Food quality. What we got delivered was more like Street food, even the street is better. We ordered a tandoori chicken burger meal, French Fries was the worst, It was so hard to eat that we left some of the pieces there and and tandoori chicken patty was looking like if they have just made a base of chicken bhurji! And their food rate was same as Mac D or Bk. Not at all worth!

Very good place and good option from the conventional KFC chicken . A very good initiative by an Indian company . This seems to the the sister concern of the wow momo chain of restaurants. Staff is very good the prep time is slightly on the higher side . Rest all aspects are top notch . The option and combos too are good the price can seem to be on a higher side but as demand increase it should be lowered overall a good place for a quick...
