KFC — Restaurant in Meghalaya

I had taken a few of my school children for a meal here and the experience was not what I had wished for. First of all, I couldn't pay by card and what I was told was that the network has been down for 2 weeks!!!! Luckily I had some cash on me or it would have been super embarrassing. Then when it was time to return my change, I, after reminding the cashier that he had returned 104 rupees short, he gave me the 100 rupees but not the 4 rupees as he said that he didnt have change. He didnt even bother to do so after we were done with our meal! I was rather shocked and also surprised. Heard this is what happens regularly. This was confirmed by several of my friends and acquaintances too. This if totally wrong. The room was pretty stuffy as the AC wasnt working. (Sunday was a very hot day if you remember. ) I just pretended to have a good time as the children were with me but it was actually a really bad experience. Never expected this from KFC, Laitumkhrah. I do hope these matters are looked into and things made better as when one goes out,its to relax and just have a good time. Hope you dont mind my feedback but I just want things to be as its supposed to like all the other KFC branches in any part...

My recent experience was so bad with the staff. The food was nice but the person taking the order was so rude. He confused my order and manipulated me into ordering something else by making random excuses. And then me and my friends waited for half hour for my order, it had still not come even after the guy told me to wait 10 mins, then i got to know that they forgot to make my order and made me wait whereas my friends had already completed eating. When i asked him to cancel my order because of the delay since they had not started preparing it, he started making excuses again and didn't let me cancel the order. The order was nothing but a veg zinger burger. He also didn't provide us regular coke and forced us to buy medium coke by again making excuses.Overall it was my worst experience so far and i would not recommed that place as long as that guy is still working on...
