Bad service ..late delivery ..food was cold ..the delivery man took 2 hours to delivered ..from laimu to mawblei ..Failed management ..if the delivery guy is busy ..they could have arranged another one ..to bring the food ..It's almost made us no desire to hv that food again ..coz already tasteless n cold..After speaking with d restaurant they don't bother at all ..since they already got d payment ..n blames d delivery guy ...food quantity also less ..price is high .. should not tip dt delivery man also ..worst experience worst cafe in Shillong..We paid n bought d food ..it's not ur giving us free..Don't treat ur Customer..or anyone this Way..Bad...

Pathetic. The guy at the reception had the most funny and ridiculous attitude. It seems to be like he was more unhappy with his life rather than being the moron he is by birth. The sofas are all broken and uneven... Making it really uncomfortable to even sit and enjoy a meal. No ventilation so the restaurant smells not so good. Asked for a match from the reception guy and he outrightly said no... u should bring your own if u want to smoke. Lol Overall a poor decision to drop by for a meal and a game(which i couldn't play as it was occupied with some local kids the whole...

Amazing place , friendly people , good music, delicious food , what else could one ask for ? To be totally honest , I was skeptical at first because it was just too good to be true. As a chess freak , this place allows it's customers to even play chess ! I mean where else could a chess player meet his/her chessmates and chill while fighting on a 64 square board while sipping coffee and listening to good music ? Definitely a must visit for everyone especially...
