New chopsticks — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment we walked in, the service was disorganized and slow. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to get water and menus, despite the restaurant being half-empty.

When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor. I ordered the grilled chicken, which was dry and overcooked, and the vegetables were clearly frozen, not fresh. My friend’s pasta was soggy and drowning in sauce. Definitely not worth the price.

To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested in fixing any of the issues. No apology, no offer to replace the food—just a shrug and a bill that felt like a slap in the face.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better...

I had ordered hakka noodles and fried rice from this restaurant yesterday they sent something completely stale and foul smelling. When I complained, they sent back only 1 noodle and that too after an hour. I back sent everything in the previous parcel in the same condition and . The food which was to be fed to my son, I complained again and the owner said that feed to your son, he did not want to do take back . he was so rude there, I complained there and then in the restaurant his entire family started speaking ill and did not even return the money nor did they say sorry, it was so dirty, there should be an inspection against them, what is so dirty in their food...

The worst service. I received today for home delivery. They delivered the food 1hr 20 minutes delayed And I ordered the lollipop. And that was all soggy and on asking "ke lollipop soggy hogaye honge" the manager had the audacity to say,"abhi karke bheja hai madam" and when I called them 30 minutes prior they said "ke food ready hai 5 minute hogya nikalke" And the soup is also not that great. Please do not waste your money by ordering the food from this place. Not at all worth it!! I have one video but there is not an option here of posting the video.
