VISIT AT OWN RISK!! UNPROFESSIONAL staff and Worst coffee ever had. They gave wrong order and Second time, coffee tasted like ice water and large coffee was just 150 ml half glass whereas it says 350 ml,. but when asked for replacement, they started arguing and justifying that the coffee is how it should be!! Its shocking how this place even exists with pathetic management and hospitality.. They were unapologetic and least bothered. They are doing FRAUDULENT PRACTICES by misleading customers and coffee tastes pathetic. You get much better quality coffee at renowned brands. They have audacity to talk so rudely that too for own fault .It ruined my entire evening and experience alongwith waste of time and money. This is not the way to treat customers.
AbCoffee blocks you in social media when you reveal truth. SCAMMERS like them don't deserve to stay in...
Read moreVisited AB Coffee, Versova outlet on the night of March 30th and had a disappointing experience with the staff. We ordered a Coconut Latte, but the drink was not made correctly. I would also like to request the management to speak to the staff members who were present at that time and ensure they work on their behavior towards customers. A little politeness and accountability go a long way in maintaining brand reputation. Hope the management takes note and works on...

Unfortunately, the quality of coffee has gone down (very heavily roasted, poor quality beans meant to exude only a single bitter note), the quantity has decreased as well (a large is 1.5 shots, not 2 shots), and the prices have increased considerably. E.g., the americano is now only about 30% cheaper than, say, Blue Tokai (previously it was almost half the price) and a cold brew is the same price as Blue Tokai.
The value proposition just isn’t there anymore. If you want a daily coffee, just make one at home any which way - seriously, however you make it, it can’t possibly be worse and it would be a fraction of the cost. If you want a decent coffee once in a while, just splurge and go to an actually...
