While my initial encounter in 2023 left me delighted by a refreshing lemon drink, my most recent visit prompted me to share some observations.

Opting for outdoor seating, I couldn’t help but notice a lapse in hygiene, as the tables were unfortunately covered in dust. It’s my sincere hope that my feedback is received constructively, as the attentive staff and Mr. Mukesh could benefit from enhanced awareness regarding the dining environment.

Understanding the challenges faced by Mr. Mukesh, especially with the growing online demand during the late-night hours of operation, underscores the need for additional managerial support. Despite his visible exhaustion, his dedication to the restaurant’s operations is commendable. However, fostering a more amiable atmosphere for both customers and employees could significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

During my culinary exploration, I savored the unique flavors of Masala Pav and Special Pav Bhaji. While I appreciated the blend of spices, there was a noticeable excess of salt that required some mitigation. I would suggest that the chef could fine-tune the seasoning to align with the high-quality standards that Achija Veg Restaurant has upheld over time.

In the spirit of constructive feedback, I believe a heightened level of attentiveness from the staff toward customer needs and consistent maintenance of hygiene after each dining table service would elevate the overall experience.

Coming to the ambience it is quite cozy with aesthetic floral decor and has a soothing atmosphere where in we can come with our family and friends to have a great lunch or dinner.
