Seven Hills Juhu — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this pub on 6th Oct, hoping for a good time with friends, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The owner was very rude and misbehaved with us, which made us feel very uncomfortable.To make matters worse, we were charged for complimentary shots that were supposed to be free. This kind of dishonest behaviour is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good night out. When I told the owner to lower his voice, he replied with “Teri fatke haath mein aayegi tab pata chalega”. He also stated that he would break the glass on us if we didn’t pay the bill. Very disrespectful staff. They made me sit on a table which is not normally used by customers as it is constantly hit by passerby’s. They put other tables filth and half eaten food and tissues on my table while they clean it for the coming customers. And even after requesting never shifted me to a normal table. On top their staff used a bottle of water I purchased to open others beers without asking my permission or getting a bottle opener. The head waiter of the first floor tried to be intimidating and through attitude at me after all this suggesting I am not getting priority and even a proper service because I am alone. Obviously i didn’t pay service charge and left with my drink after paying and drank it...

They were full in capacity when we went there. We requested them to accommodate us which they reluctantly did. I understand they are understaffed for the guests. However, it would be nice ìf you could improve the quality of your food and service. Otherwise it's quite an enjoyable and local chill feels place.
