Sky Breeze Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had organised a birthday party to be celebrated at this pathetic restaurant along with our friends on 09th Dec 2024. At first even after booking the restaurant thru Zomato dine well in advance and paying the cover charge we were made to wait for the place. After half an hour of waiting we were given a place which was a make shift and could not accomodate all of us together, Avinash manager at the restaurant was very rude and frustrated with the customers there. Half of our friends were asked to sit at different place and half of us were sitting at a different table. On requesting for a bigger space to accomodate all of us on one table he blatantly denied space to sit. We immediately placed our order for both tables and then the wait was endless. Out of our entire order we were served with only 2 starters in a time fram of one and half hour. We constantly requested him to send food but he was just giving us a deaf ear. Not only us a gentleman next to our table was celebrating his parents 50 th Anniversary they were also waiting for more than one hour for their order. Even though the manager Avinash was rude to us me and the gentleman on the next table went across to him to understand why our order was not reaching our table. Finally after lot of discussion he said actually there is no chef in the kitchen and hence there was a delay. This was really frustrating to hear from a restaurant manager. We both immediately decided to pay up for whatever was served to us and book another hotel below. In all this confusion to avoid embarassment in front of our guest I immediately paid up the bill in hurry so that I can take my guest to another restaurant below the building. In this I forgot that that I had already paid through Zomato dine and also paid the cover charge for it. Hence I requested the manager Avinash that in this chaos I made a payment for the whole bill by gpay where as I had to pay by Zomato dine. He asked me to make the payment through Zomato dine and he said he will speak to the company and get me the refund for the earlier full payment done. So I made the payment again through Zomato dine. Now for almost past 1 month I have been chasing Avinash to refund my payment done but now he has stopped answering my calls. I don't know what kind of service this restaurant is providing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody who wish visit this place. Go at your own risk as you might have to face the same issue which I have gone through. Pathetic...

A great choice for anyone looking for a healthier yet satisfying pizza.

Cigar Rolls: These rolls were a delightful appetizer. The outer layer was crispy, with a light and non-greasy texture, while the filling was creamy and flavorful. The cheese and vegetables inside were seasoned well, making each bite crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Served with a tangy dip, these were a perfect finger food to start the meal.

Mexican Quesadilla: The quesadilla was filled with a rich blend of cheese, beans, and vegetables, bringing in authentic Mexican flavors. The tortilla was cooked to a golden brown, and the filling was both cheesy and mildly spicy. Paired with salsa and sour cream, it had just the right amount of zest and freshness. A solid option for Mexican food lovers.

Visited Sky Breeze Bar & Café and absolutely loved the vibe — calm, breezy, and perfect for a relaxed meal or casual hangout. The ambience is beautiful, service is prompt, and the presentation of dishes truly stands out.

Here’s what I tried: • The Protein Ritual / Harvest Salad – Fresh, balanced, and packed with flavour. A perfect, healthy start to the meal. • Chilli-Coriander Paneer – Soft paneer infused with bold flavours. A definite must-try starter! • Blush Penne Pasta – Creamy, comforting, and cooked just right. • Herbed Pesto Garden Pizza – Light, aromatic, and full of veggies. The pesto adds a refreshing twist. • Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake – Smooth, rich, and indulgent — the ideal sweet ending. • Mocktails – Refreshing, well-presented, and perfectly complement the dishes.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to make recommendations, which added to the overall experience.

A perfect spot for good vibes, great food, and quality time with friends or family. Definitely worth a visit! 🤍
