Hence after thinking for long time... Seen of the my favourite personal shoppers Mr. Mohammed Ali Baloch status that he can provide me new stuffs if I purchase only he can make an arrangement of dropping it till my house ...he made my shop by asking one of the manager at store... Mr. Vaibhav Patil he helped me finding clothes on video call from the andheri store...and after spending more than an hour I finally closed clothes for my kids.. And next day it was at my place... Trust me these guys rocks...not only online shopping but also in the store they are very generous, keen to help you through out your shopping... I'm glad to have personal shopper like Mr. Mohammed Ali Baloch... I have been shopping through shoppers stop since 20years... Everyday is a good experience with valuable products...Thanx to Raheja group... How can I forget to mention Ms. Anjana who was store manager at various stores of shoppers stop like Juhu and andheri ...where ever she was transferred we had followed her there... She is the Bestest Best in hospitality... No one like her can serve customers... I miss her every visit.. One of the best to learn from... She has helped me in various ways like once me my husband and my son who was 3years got stuff in andheri shoppers stop lift despite of not working with stop anymore.. I had been ringing alarm for more then ten minutes but didn't workout then I called Anjana an ex store manager of and her I branch helped me immediately by contacting the store... I had purchased this Giocollection sunglasses from Shoppers stop Andheri somewhere in November 2023 at around 3k, within some days the glasses side angle broke and I visited shoopers stop customer care Andheri where the lady at the desk noted my case and put this remark that “used scratches on the glass” even though the glasses were used just a few days , I just ignored it and was waiting for their call.About after 45 days i.e. is somewhere in January 2024 after my repeated visits I got a call that the glasses could not be repaired and they will deduct around 1600 from my price and the rest can be adjusted with new purchase. So I shopped again and paying an additional price of around 1000 rs. I purchased new sunglasses again of the same brand on 15th January 2024 and again after using it for ¾ times the side angle I don’t know what is that called technically that broke . I am a regular user my glasses but the glasses of this brand are weak that it cant be used for more than 5 times. This time it was surely not my fault . Again I went to customer service desk and gave I to them. This time there was a male at the customer desk who followed the same pattern and without my acknowledgement wrote “used scratches on glass” the way he found that was very casual, it was just by making his eyes big and very big as if its compound microscope, I hope they can see the footage of 3oth Jan 2.10 pm to see the process of finding scratches on the glass. I hope they use the same while selling the glasses. I did not accept that and while signing on the receipt I mentioned my remark that I don’t accept the scratches on the glass. Now I am waiting for their decision on this. Overall what I see...

I have an complaint regarding the staff of your Andheri West store. I am a regular customer of the shoppers stop and I have gone to many store but this one is disgusting because of one staff of yours who's name is Aditi. I have came yesterday for shopping I find this girl free, so I asked her for a help to guide me but she told me you can go that side and you will have to find it by your own, she literally said this and ignored me and I observed her with that behaviour of her and what I see that she ignored me just because she wants to chit chat with other guy ( your own staff ) and she is flirting with him and laughing and she doesn't have any sense what to talk at what place, I agree she is talking personally things but so loud if the customer is standing next to her. I can mention that what she was talking about her last night and cuddle things . I mean ssly this kind of staff you hire in the store so pathetic. I have a bad experience in this store in my entire life . Ssly but not expected this kind of behaviour with me. I am not happy with the service. I request if you can remove this kind of staff from your store then it will be very helpful for the customer and for the company also .
