BEYOND HORRIBLE – 3 STORIES, JUHU IS A TOTAL SCAM!

We went to 3 Stories, Juhu for their so-called “Bottomless Sunday Brunch” for a group of 4, and let me tell you — it was the most frustrating, pathetic, and infuriating experience we’ve ever had. This wasn’t a brunch — it was a masterclass in how to ruin someone’s day.

Let me break it down:

Bottomless Brunch? More like Bottomless Waiting. We specifically chose this place for the unlimited brunch deal — but guess what? The service was so agonizingly slow that it honestly felt like a strategic scam to prevent us from ordering more. Every time we asked for a refill or a dish, it took 20-30 minutes to arrive, if it came at all. We had to keep chasing them like beggars while the clock ran out on our slot. Ridiculously Small Tables. We were a group of four, yet they crammed us onto a table so tiny, we couldn’t even fit more than two plates without balancing things like a Jenga tower. One wrong move and your drink’s in your lap. Unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one that pretends to be upscale. Service? What Service? The staff was the most uninterested, rude bunch I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Not only did they ignore repeated requests, they made it clear they didn’t care whether we were happy or not. Zero attentiveness, zero effort, zero basic hospitality. Waiting Forever. Over 40 minutes for food to even start arriving. By the time the first round came, we had already lost our appetite and our patience. How can you offer a bottomless brunch and then deliberately delay everything? It’s beyond shady. No Apologies, No Accountability. After the nightmare we went through, you'd expect at least an apology or a gesture of goodwill. But no – just blank stares and a bill we couldn’t wait to pay just to get the hell out of there. BOTTOM LINE: If you're thinking about dining at 3 Stories, Juhu — DON'T. It's a trap. Overhyped, overpriced, and a giant waste of time. There’s no value, no service, and certainly no “brunch” worth waiting for. They’ll rob you of your money AND your peace.

I had the pleasure of visiting the recently opened restaurant and bar, and it was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the inviting ambiance and stylish decor. The attention to detail in the design truly sets this place apart.

The menu was a delightful surprise, offering a diverse range of culinary options to suit every palate. I had the opportunity to savor some unique and delectable dishes, each expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. It's evident that the chef takes great pride in their craft.

The bar, too, was a highlight of the evening. The cocktail selection was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative concoctions that were a treat for the taste buds. The skilled bartenders certainly know their way around mixology.

What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. They were not only friendly but also well-versed in the menu and were happy to provide recommendations.

The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic dinner. The background music added just the right touch without being overpowering. It's evident that the establishment has put thought and care into creating a pleasant and comfortable setting.

In short, I was thoroughly impressed with the newly opened restaurant and bar. It's a welcome addition to the dining scene in the area, and I'm excited to return to explore more of their menu and enjoy the wonderful hospitality. First, the food was delicious! From the flavors to the presentation, every dish was a treat for the taste buds. You won't be disappointed!

The ambience of the restaurant was truly amazing. Whether you're looking for a cozy and intimate setting or a vibrant and lively atmosphere, this place has it all. The decor, lighting, and overall design create a welcoming and enjoyable space to dine in. It's the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.

Now, let's talk about the staff. They were absolutely amazing! From the moment you walked in, they greeted you with warm smiles and made you feel right at home. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. They were always ready to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The service a bit slow because we were pack of 22 people but the music made us forget that slowness. Mr. Adrin & Mr. Swapnil both were too good.

And last but not least, the Photo Booth was a highlight of your visit. It's such a unique and fun addition to the restaurant. It's not every day that you come across a place that offers a Photo Booth for guests to capture memorable moments. ( There was a guy don’t remembered his name who helped us with print outs).

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The combination of delicious food, amazing ambience, friendly staff, and the unique Photo Booth experience make it a must-visit. I'm sure you'll have an incredible time just like I did!
