Read moreOrder: Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, and two cups of tea
I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
Firstly, we ordered Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, and two cups of tea. The dosas were served first, but the tea was completely forgotten. By the time we had finished our breakfast, we had to remind the staff about the tea. When it finally arrived, it was tasteless and lacked any sugar. Upon pointing this out, they did add sugar, but the wait for this simple correction was unnecessarily long.
The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to the needs of their customers. To add to the disappointment, the dosas were served cold, which significantly detracted from the overall taste and experience.
In summary, the slow service, inattentive staff, and poorly prepared food make it hard to recommend this restaurant. I hope they improve their service and attention to detail...
Read moreI went there for Lunch, ordered the South Indian Thali, which cost me ₹157. But the food was not at all upto expectations. The Thali had Chapattis and one bowl of rice. The side dishes were odd, they served potato bhaji as one item. Sambhar, Peas, Rasam, Curd (it was bitter!), one Papad, sweet made of Sooji (it was cold and badly prepared). All were of limited quantities and the waiters never came to ask if more of anything was needed. They also gave a glass of Chaas in a plastic tumbler. Overall, the food could be much much better at this cost. The food should be served hot, which they didn't do this time. The service was average, which should improve. The atmosphere was ok, not much rush is there and so you can get some privacy to dine-in. But the nearby traffic will trouble you with the vehicles continuously honking. In conclusion, costly food with average quality and...
