Sai Samrat Pure Veg — Restaurant in Mumbai

‼️DO NOT GO HERE! HE CHARGED US 250RS FOR HOS OLD DIRTY COLD DISAPPOINTING FOOD. ‼️

The food was horrible, I’d gone to eat dosa with my mom as she eats only in a pure vegetarian restaurant, we ordered a masala chaach, dosa and vada. We waited for about 10 minutes for the order to be served.

THE FOOD WAS OLD! the chaach was only water and it tasted horrible. Plus the dosa that they served us was stale, it was soggy, cold and previously made for some other customer. They just heated and gave it to us.

We did not even have 1 bite of it, it looked DISGUSTING and Yuck. The plate was so dirty. We asked them to take it back and give a fresh one, THEY SAID “DOSA IS LIKE THIS ONLY, YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO EAT”, we’ve had in so many other places but something this horrible and disgusting.

You will get food poisoning if you eat here, the food was disappointing, the guy sitting in the counter was very very very RUDE.

ZERO BITE, we still had to pay for the entire bill while we requested for a new dosa. I have Video proofs also, will update on other accounts. HE CHARGED US 250RS FOR HOS OLD DIRTY DISAPPOINTING FOOD.

It was a very bad experience. We had a train booking from Mumbai central. I was with friends and 4 kids. I placed an order for Jain pav bhaji and pulav. First they made me wait around 45 minutes and when I told the manager about my train and everything, he told his workers to work faster... They packed our dinner and i literally ran towards the station to catch my train but I was happy to have MUMBAI BHAJI PAV in my hands. After I opened the packed dinner after settling in my train, I saw that the containers were packed with half the quantity of Jain Bhaji and the train had already left the station, and we were on Duronto express at 23.10 and it was a non-stop train to Ahmedabad Junction. So we left Mumbai with an empty belly. We trusted the person with the quantity and they cheated us with half the quantity... The quality of food was not even good. I could have given 0 stars if i could do...

Just ok, in taste .... Staff is very bad 😔.... In Thali quality & quantity is very less... I had spend 200+ for one person & it is waste of money & taste better than that u can go on with food in (ᗒᗩᗕ) Mumbai Central & Churchgate Railway ಠ︵ಠ Canteens ... Even I asked for my 300 rupes which I forget to take back from staff after giving 500 , i came back to them within 10 mins bt they hadn't back it & react with ego & rudely ತ_ತ .... Plz avoid to go such place ⊙﹏⊙ Even food is not cook properlyRice were raw & there is something in sabjee...
