Captain Cook — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hi i was having a nice drink with my wife today at 6 pm in the evening in ur restaurant but together with a drink i apparently ordered chicken lollypop but one in of the piece i found hair i showed it to your staff but one of the waiter told me tat he will change tat particular piece into new one and it sounded very casual to me cause i belong to a hotel industry. I work in a cruise line and this type of neglence is not accepted there but really i was surprised but any ways my wife walked of from the restaurant and i was there all by my self to finish my drink . Service was good but the food was not upto the mark please make a note of it cause it can cause a loyalty to your restaurant and i can write things . Awesome experience in the restaurant. Location is prime. Just a couple of minutes walk from the iconic Mumbai Central station, the restaurant is on the main road facing the railway station. Staff is cordial, responsive. Food is very good for the price. Quantity is very nicely adjusted. Serving is also good. This used to be a favourite restaurant of my family until we have gone through terrible experience here...Staff in suitboot are rude..they were staring at children's when they were roaming..we were family of 12 and none of us have liked the food.. Quality is deteriorated..we had worst paneer and chicken crispy..it was oily costing of half cooked paneer/chicken coated with besan..they are serving very less quantities in all items and when complained about food they were not even in listening mode .waste of time and money...not...
