Had the worst experience with the restaurant. I have been eating here since the last 20 years, but today's experience has spoiled all of it. I had ordered for a plate of Idli Wada as home delivery alongwith other items. Upon receiving the order and examination I found the mistake, asked the delivery guy about it who just ignored my question and walked away with the money. Initially I thought that lets ignore the mistake as it's a sunday and peak hours for the restaurant. When I opened the parcel I found a smal ziplock packet with 1 tsp of chutney. I called up the restaurant to complain about it but they kept giving me other numbers to complaint. I ultimately frustrated with the response I decided to go to restaurant and complain about it to the manager. At the restaurant the manager just ignored my complaint and asked me whether I would like to change my order to the initial order. Irritated I told him to atleast a restaurant as old as you should listen to the complaints of your loyal customers. The manager straight away told me that you'll only get 1 spoon of chutney and order if you want it or else don't order. Facing such behaviour I cancelled my order and have decided to never visit this restaurant again. Complaining: Hara-Bhara Kabab not delivered but charged! Person in Kalpana spoke v rudely & disconnected when called up to enquire. Paneer Kadai was horribly made. Only few v v small paneer pieces sprinkled in a gravy that was v oily with chillies hot gravy that almost immediately upset the stomach. Vegetable Kolhapuri was worse with v small pieces of cauliflower, some shavings of paneer in a lot of some red oil that was hot with chillies! Could not eat as found the taste horrible.
