Ark 2.0 - A curve that only bends towards a magnificent experience.

Entering this luxurious property itself give you such a good feeling and here they have - Ark, that totally awaits you for a great time ahead.

This perhaps has to be one of the most interesting places i have actually been in a very long time. They have a specially curated Bar menu that caters to some crazy cocktails and nibbles you can look forward too. (Not to forget every drink made by the bartender has a meaning/significance behind it). I really wouldn’t be surprised if people actually start ordering their lavish cocktails instead of their usual drinks which I think would be a great idea.

Coming to the order -

Cocktails -

Night Lamp (from their bulb cocktail menu) - comes with the concoction of absolute vodka, beer, peach juice, passion fruit and kafirilimes leave. A whiskey is glass kept below topped with a large Ice cube and a slice of orange on top.

Peyched - (LIIT at its best) what really got my attention besides the usual mixture was that it was actually served in a large pot. The straws were the unique wooden ones where you could sip and relish this drink. My personal take - Sip on this and definitely enjoy their beautiful ambience

Soul Spa - Was from the organic and low calorie menu. Every ingredient here is basically therapeutic and is a substitute with the usual. Honey used instead of the lime/sugar syrup, eaucalyptus essence, chamomile tea and aged bourbon whiskey.comes with the Chinese bamboo plant beside giving it the spa feel.Perfectly balanced.

Golden Nectar - I think I was almost living the Harry Potter dream looking at the presentation. (That thing totally looked like the quidditch) Just excellent. Comes in a bumble bee kind of a shape . The mixtures are - turmeric, honey, green goose berry, pineapple and infused with basil.

4 cigar Shots - Shots that comes in a cigar case and the alcohol comes inside a test tube giving it that entire look. (Bourbon Vanilla, Cuba Corona, German Cigar, Ramco J) - if you’re a shot lover - this is the one to Order.

Food -

Tandoori Mushrooms - freshly baked mushrooms with some grated cheese on top. Neat and well made.

Cheese and Jalapeño Cigars - This was the finest. Cheese and some fresh greens inside the roll, mixed really well. One cannot miss the chutney that comes at the side of it.

Thai Green Veg Curry with Basil Rice - great texture and well played on the greens and the rice. The rice was totally infused in the Thai gravy. Coconut does the good trick here. Goes really well with the drinks.

Overall this place has some crazy cocktails an elite ambience and some subtle music. The variation in the drinks is something you can look out for and more over there’s something for everyone at this...

This place is located write below the metro bridge near JB Nagar.

The ambiance and their presentation of food is at it's peak. In my fooding journey i haven't seen any restro-bar doing such a marvelous presenting work. Taking abt the taste, with is almost the similar to it's presentation. All the dishes bought to your table is accoring to the international standerds, as in not that spicy or oily. ALL THE DISH COOKED ARE HEALTH CONSCIOUS. Dim light ambiance with a huge screen in between opposite the bar counter so that one can enjoy the view with their favorite drink.

All the cocktails served to us where health conscious, as sugar was replaced with honey in each and every drink we had. The presention and taste wise they where amazing. The main highligh where the cigar shorts which where all neat (raw) to drink.. And tasted awesome. They where bought to the table in wooden box with full of loaded smoke sealed in it.

VEG Tandoori Mushrooms (Strongly Recommended) Cheese and jalapeno cigars

NON - VEG Kung Pao prawns (Strongly Recommended) Galouti on ulta tawa paratha (Strongly Recommended)

Galouti kabab was very much yumm in taste and it really justified the name of its dish, it was so well marinated and was just melting in the mouth.

MAIN COURSE :-

Pav Bhaji (Strongly Recommended) Thai Green chicken curry with basil leaf (Strongly Recommended) Thai Green curry with basil leaf (Strongly Recommended)

We had only orderd the veg version of Thai curry its tasted so well that i couldn't resists my self to order the chicken version of it. The textures of the sause was creamy and just so perfectly cooked. The basil rice was perfeclty sicky as requied as per the thai treditional cooking. Really one of the signature dish ever had.

Talking abt the service, excellent work handled by the manager on floor with the coordination to their staff. Dishes served well on time. Cleaning the table when required, even without we pointing it out to them. Getting new sets of cutlery after ever course of meal. All the things where perfect.

They keep a bowl of peanuts on every table once it is occupied by the Diner, and even those small bowl of peanuts are so crispy and tasty to have and they see to it that it is refilled as many times as required till the diner complete his whole meal n leave from the table.

Team Courtyard Mumbai EXCELLENT work. Would really like to visit again soon.

Ark 2.0 @ Courtyard Marriot (Chakala) is one of the finest CLUBS around Andheri East and perhaps one of the BEST when it comes to COCKTAILS served in a bedazzled and an elegant manner. The interiors are DARK, LUXURIOUS, CLASSY, MODERN and get's you in the grove right as you step. The seating is around 50 people at max but post 10 PM this place turns into a CLUB and could easily accommodate thrice the limit. With all that said - there is absolutely no compromise on the FOOD, SERVICE, DRINKS, COCKTAILS. The staff here are smart looking gentlemen and courteous, quick service and value for money menu offerings. Some of their best-presented cocktails are around INR 400 to INR 500 while the same can be said for STARTERS and ASIAN BOWLS.

We as a bunch of colleagues tried the following: ▶Golden Nectar Cocktail - Stunning..!! The best in the presentation for me so far. A large 8 inch Queen Honey Bee shaped object in which a LOW CAL COCKTAIL is served. Turmeric infused Gin + Honey + Green Goose Berry Juice + Pineapple Juice + Indian Basil Rated - 5/5

▶Night Lamp - A bulb installed on a night lamp. How does that sound? You actually need to loosen the bulb and then drink it up. Mild and refreshing taste containing Absolut Vodka + Beer + Peach Juice + Orange Juice + Passion Fruit Syrup + Lime Juice + Kaffirlime leaves Rated - 5/5

▶Woody Malt - Served in a perfume bottle which looks and is presented in a perfumed casing. Malt Whisky + Ginger Lime + Honey + Lime Rated - 5/5

▶Sensual Jasmine - Served in a perfume bottle which looks and is presented in a perfumed casing. Strong drink served with Jasmine infused Absolut Vodka + Red Wine + Pear Liqueur + Tangerine Bitters + Lychee & Lime Juice Rated - 5/5

▶Pork Ribs - Classic Pork Ribs served alongside Potatoe Wedges & BBQ sauce. Simple and beautiful presentation served in a white deep bowl. Rated - 4/5

▶Kheema Pao - Simple and effective. Tiny baby pavs served in a small steel bowl of wonderfully cooked Kheema. Rated - 4/5

▶Kung Pao Prawns - Classic Chinese flavors of Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Peppercorns, Chili Pepper Flakes, Garlic, Ginger and generous service of around 8 medium sized Prawns. Rated - 4/5

▶Galouti on Ulta Tawa - Just as you get it in the streets of Delhi. Super soft dumplings of Galouti Kebab that they almost melt in your mouth as you scoop it in. Rated - 5/5

▶Lamb Panang Curry - Classic Thai Coconut Flavors which is similar to Thai curry that is thick, salty and sweet, with a nutty peanut flavor served on a bed of flat noodles. Rated - 4/5
