I dont have time for all this but this is very very important they have branch in kurla also of which google information or update is been hacked this is told to me by the subowner of jeden and unfortunately ive been fooled by those hackers in the name of jeden cakes to which the owner replied humne police me khabar ki hai aap bhi woi jao aur complain kerdo. I lost almost one lac rs in the name of generating bill for my cake payment. There are plenty of cake shops Pleas do not buy anything from such ruthless owners who have not taken proper action againts whatever is happening . When i informed them they said oh ya this happening but we cannot do anything. It was my Daughter 1st birthday I order a customised cake from jedden worth Rs 3500 just 2 Kg while order the guy at the reception fully agreed with the things I wanted in the cake at the end while taking the delivery of the cake it was fully mess I order the Purple colour cake matching with my daughters outfit and I received blue colour cake even there was no sign of 1year on the top of the cake I spoke to the guy he was like you didn’t told me this things that and all although I gave a picture of the cake which I wanted he was not interested even to talk with me he was just like wait I’ll arrange it from some where and the delivery Time was at 7.00 pm and the cake I received at 8.10pm 1hr I have to wait while placing the order 10 times I told the guy it should get delivered at 7.00pm very very disappointed all my guest was waiting for the celebration to start because of this I have to pay extra money for the place I booked please don’t prefer...

Disappointing Experience with Worst Customer Service

I'm extremely disappointed with the jeden cake shop's service and attention to detail. Despite providing clear instructions to spell my daughter's name as "Aaditi" on the cake, they incorrectly spelled it as "Aadit." This mistake completely ruined the surprise birthday cake moment for my daughter.

When we called to express our disappointment, the customer service team was unprofessional and unresponsive. They didn't seem to care about our concerns, and the call was abruptly cut off. To make matters worse, subsequent calls were not answered.

Given this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this cake shop. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service makes them unreliable for special occasions.
