Bytes (Hingwala Ln, Saibaba Nagar, Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400077) has you covered to show you exactly what a successful venture looks like! A delicious food truck on the side of Ghatkopar's iconic road, this place served one of the best bagels I have ever had! Since I wanted to sample several dishes from the nearby Khau Galli, I ordered a half-size Italian Bagel so that I didn't fill up early on. Picture this bagel as a well-designed circuit board, with each vegetable strategically placed like components on a motherboard. The pizza sauce, akin to a carefully calculated algorithm, added a burst of tangy brilliance that harmonised with the intricate network of flavors. With the creaminess of the in-house cheese sauce mixed in with the exotic vegetables, each bite of this bagel was engineered to perfection, proving that even in the culinary world, precision and creativity can coexist like a seamlessly integrated system. B.E. Bytes at Hingwala Lane is not just a food truck; it's an engineering marvel in the culinary landscape of Mumbai. B.E. Bytes – A Delicious Discovery!

Tried a variety from their creatively curated menu and I must say, everything was absolutely delicious! Special mention to the bagels – they were the stars of the show! The Paneer Tikka Bagel, Avocado Bagel, and Pesto Bagel were bursting with fresh, bold flavors and perfectly balanced textures.

The Masala Vada Pav and Chakana Pav offered a nostalgic yet exciting twist to the classic Indian favorite – spicy, crispy, and satisfying. The Thecha Pav was fiery and flavorful, a perfect kick for spice lovers.

Loved the quirky menu names, efficient service, and fusion-style offerings. A must-try for anyone looking to enjoy street-style Indian snacks with a gourmet spin!

I went for the Avacado cream cheese bagel and Italian bagel. Not only were the bagels flavorful but the quality of ingredients was top notch and fresh.
