INDIAN TOUCH — Restaurant in Mumbai

On the morning of the 8th, I visited this place and was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. Despite having made a reservation through an online portal and receiving a confirmation email, I was informed upon arrival that they do not accept online reservations. There was no prior communication about the differentiation between online and offline reservations, leaving me, as a customer, unaware of this policy. Additionally, when I attempted to take a photo at their decorated birthday wall, I was abruptly told that I could not do so. The staff member then proceeded to argue with me before stating that there was a charge of 500 for taking photos at that spot. Although I understand that the area may be reserved, I was only intending to take a quick photo without occupying the space. Nevertheless, they refused to allow it. The food was acceptable, but the poor conduct of the staff overshadowed the experience. I do not plan to return to this establishment and would not recommend...

BEFORE GOING OVER HERE READ it! We told them that the pizza did not have any flavour in it ,it was just plain no cheesy at all just blank we told them and they were like we have served this pizza more than 30 times a day and bla bla we were just trying to give out honest review and they did not even had a concern to listen to it ,the argument had heated up so much i needed to just say that we are not here for free food we are ready to pay for this pizza also and just gave them the money and they thought as it was ‘unke muh pe paise fekhe ‘like really ?
