Bombay Shawarma Doner Kebab — Restaurant in Mumbai

Quite a mouthfull, the name of this cute cafe. But it captures the essence of the place in a perfect manner! It is literally what the name says. A cute cafe in Mumbai that serves amazing Shawarmas, Doners, and Kebabs. So it was a first for us to try the Doner - and we absolutely loved it!

They have both indoors and outdoor seatings. The indoors is a small space with 2 tables that can accomodate 4-6 people each with a very clear and visible open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared in a very hygeinic environ. We visited during the day for a late lunch so the place was well lit.

The service is lightening fast. No later than 5 minutes of ordering food, one by one the dishes were served on the table. We had Chicken Shami Kebab, Chicken Baida Roti, Classic Chicken Doner, Peach Iced Tea, Chicken Tikka Biryani and Paneer Bhuna Naan Turnover.

I recently visited Bombay Shawarma in Andheri, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. We ordered their special chicken shawarma and the melting cheese doner shawarma. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, with the chicken being fresh and juicy. The shawarmas were generously loaded with sauces and chicken, creating a burst of flavors.

To quench our thirst, we also ordered the Virgin Mojito, which was not only refreshing but also very good.

When we were in the mood for something heavier, we decided to try their Chicken Dum Biryani. It was a real highlight of the meal, served in a Matka, and the taste was truly exceptional. I can confidently say it's the best biryani I've ever had.
