I recently received food from Veg Sutra and had an excellent experience. The Hara Bhara Kabab was flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and a crispy yet soft texture. Food was good. But horrible customer experience. First they used to accept my orders on call. Today when I called the person asked me to place the order online where the prices were higher , I still went ahead and placed the order. Then I received a call stating that they don't have one of the items and the manager asked me to order something else... I asked them to refund so they are saying that it will take 5 days.
