I had the pleasure of visiting the Belgian Waffle Co branch in Andheri Mahakali recently, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the outstanding team there.

Manager Kanchan and staff member Strusti went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Kanchan's management skills were truly impressive. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently, creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere for guests. Her professionalism was matched by her warm and friendly demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer.

Strutika on the other hand, stood out with her helpfulness and friendly nature. She not only took my order with a smile but also provided me with insightful recommendations from the menu. Her knowledge of the products they offer was evident, and it made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

It's clear that the team at this Belgian Waffle Co branch takes pride in their work and is dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service. Beyond the excellent service, the waffles themselves were delicious, and it's evident that the staff takes great care in crafting these culinary delights.

This is a total scam, the service is absolutely horrible. I had recieved burnt delivery of 3 waffles. The employee i talked to had shared het number and asked me to call them before ordering next time, so they'll add a complimentary waffle as refund in it. I want to order after a few months and i called them but the person i talked to said the employee had quit and they took no responsibility for it and hung the call.
