Fries are available both in the vegetarian and non-vegetarian category and the menu is available on delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato. Current covid restrictions mean there's no dine-in service available presently, but you can always opt for take-out and expect excellent service. Packaging is great too, but make sure you eat the fries asap since they quickly turn soggy. I personally recommend Pizza fries, which I think is the best low-cal alternative to a regular pizza. The beverages are a bit overpriced for the quantity, but the Belgian Chocolate Cakeshake is worth the money. I wanted to share a disappointing experience my MD ma'am and I had at your establishment on Tuesday, 30th January.

While visiting for a quick bite during our fasting day, I requested plain fries. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty was quite rude and unresponsive. Despite being a regular customer for the past three years, the encounter left us disheartened.

The person, whose name I don't know, refused to greet us and mentioned he was on lunch, stating it would take 15 minutes. This abrupt and impolite response was unexpected and not in line with the service we've come to expect from your establishment.

I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope this incident can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for customers...

J is always a eating place I visit. I've tried eating fries at many other Js too. The best one without a doubt is the one at Churchgate. So this place, I'm sorry, directly compares to it. While the option and the menu remains unchanged, the payment methods should include cards. Apart from it, the small contraction due to passage of the pillars makes sitting a tinny tiny bit uncomfortable. Especially, when you carry a helmet and it's crowded. The people managing are gentle and prompt in their services. Little more practice will help them dish out far better fries like the Churchgate outlet.
