Hotel Prakash — Restaurant in Mumbai

Used to be a decent restaurant earlier. But today's experience was totally Bad. Went for TakeAway after voting. Waited for 30 mins for the takeaway and post that the owner says will take time as Chatni is finished. So asked him to deliver at home as he mentioned will surely send in 10-15 mins. With multiple calls there was no answer. It took them 45 mins more to send it to address that too when I went to the hotel again.

On confronting, the owner started saying it was our mistake but we had customers in hotel so we have to cater them first. So I asked him what I was ? His tone literally meant Parcels or Take Aways for localites are not important. I even mentioned him that if it was Zomato oe Swiggy you would have not waited more than 30 mins. But he kept saying mistake hai bola na.

The customer service has gone bad to worst and its high time people in the area understand if it is worth your...
