Burger King — Restaurant in Mumbai

This is the best service QSR brand. I ordered burgers and they served me in just 5-6 mins. Staff was very friendly and polite. They serving the burgers very fresh buns and freshly cook patties and creamy meyos. I am very happy to write a review about this "restaurant". The place is very beautifiul with industrial decoration. There are many tables inside for winter months and during summer there are also and outdoor seatings. In weekdays you can find table easily, during weekend it will take 15 minutes maximum during peak hours. The service is very very good and all the stuff is very polite. The restaurant is soecialised in burgers. I have tried several places in Greece and all over the world and i have to say that burger joint's burgers are very good and tasty. You can choose from a big variety of burger that fit almost all customer needs. There is an option to upgrade the burger to a king burger for a small amount of money. Burgers are coming with a unique style chips. They also offer a small variety of salads which are very big. They also have pizzas but i havent tried them as burgers are their speciality. Te value for money ratio is very good as it is around 99₹ to eat a big good burger. So today i went to the counter to place an order for 2 softies, 2 counter was working and i waited on one the other counter instead of attending me as i was waiting first he tooked the order from other customers twice and when finally when my counter lady took the order and cash from the person ahead me she just ignored me as if i don't exist in the line i raised my hand to show her my presence luckily she noticed as she is doing favour for me by taking my order without any greetings from her i called for 2 softies she just slang her hand in expressing NO nahi hai softie without a single pice of courtesy to say sorry sir we dont have, i mean its fine you dont have something in your store may for some technical issues but atleast can u plz remove the board of the softies from your counter and the shift manager was also there present but he also dint notice a customer satisfaction destroying

BAD...

This is the first time i ate from Burger King after all the word of mouth i heard about it. I ordered a regular veg crispy, it was ok in taste. The patties which i was served was very thin and tomoatoes and and other veggis were clearly seen in it. It wasnt so deep fried. It tasted like a sabji of potato.

I could make much better patties then this at my home and that too fresh and nice. Bread was normal, nothing extraordinary about it. Minute amount of some sort of sauce was applied on break, hardly can taste it, just was seen.

Overall, the hype I heard about it wasnt that great. It costed me 47 and for that much amount you would get a good mexican burger in mcd and it tastes just nice.
