Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

To being with I must say that the Starbucks outlet at Growel's 101 makes me see the STARS and when the food is served you actually why did I pay all those BUCKS.. There is alot of difference between the outlets recently visited the Borivali West outlet the food was fresh and delectable.. The outlet of Growel's 101 had stale food. The order was served very late first the coffee was served, 13 minutes later the food. We had to as repeatedly for our order. We ordered for the following Carrot cake - Dry dry very dry - I felt if I poured water it would make it moist. The person forgot to give the sauce and we had to remind him.. Chicken ham and cheese - the person at the counter said it would be warm. When it was served post reminders I felt I was eating plastic and wax. The bread was brunt excessively resulting in the cheese flowing out looking colourless, pale and slimy and tasteless we could not taste the ham . We had to change the food. Finally they changed to Chicken empanada, name sounds interesting but the taste is terrible. It was stale no words to describe.. The picture shows the food is cracked not appealing to the eyes nor the tastebuds. Tall latte and Tall velvet Vanilla Latte - ok

The staff - Shoheb explains the lack of focus on service is due to excessive customer turnout. So I guess they prefer an empty outlet. Sunil goes a step further to state that they had staff exigency.

How does my experience stack up against the Starbucks Service Promise prominently displayed at the outlet - "Your drink should be perfect If not let us know And We will make it right"

Please help me understand is the Starbucks' team focus only on drinks? If yes please stop...

Very bad customer service. Loyalty card bought from the same store and registered few days back. Takes very long time at billing counter, then says no money in the card and no benefit. I showed the app where all the details and benefits were there still not agreeing. Told to come back next day and ca customer support. After that cut the full Balance of the card when the actual purchase cost just 50% of the balance.

Very poor service, no respect for customers time, money and experience.

Also in 2 separate instances I ordered a hot coffee and they gave me cold, when I said to replace the second time they gave plain reason ' but I punched cold coffee' as if what I ordered doesn't even matter.

Really shocked to see starbucks staff acts so irresponsibility and having no regard for customer...
