Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had ordered a dish in Chinese wok at Growels Mall and they took payment from me and gave the bill but when I asked for schezwan chutney they said that we do not give it, there are charges for it and as per food act the charges for schezwan are included and still it was fine, they billed me for everything but did not add the additional schezwan chutney in the order, I even protested saying come and give me the full bill for my order, there was a bhaisahab he ignored me and went away, then there was a madam, I asked her but she did not give any answer, such was their attitude, then after asking a lot they clearly refused, so what were they billing for, and the food was also absolutely tasteless, I request that if you are charging as much then please give me the food and service as per that. Chinese Wok (Wok Express) is nice place for some good ramen noodles. It is on third floor and the combined dinning space is huge. I crave for such noodles late night. The staff is very nice and professional. One thing is being pocket friendly they give chopsticks which I tried for the first time and struggled having my food but the experience was nice. You can make your own wok with the choice of noodles, sauce, veggies and seasoning which is really a nice thing. The quantity offered is decent and they serve in 3 proportions. Their food taste nice with a flavour of indian spices which adds a kick to it. One suggestion would be to give a plate instead of bowls for noodles. Overall very decent experience and was worth trying. I would recommend to go for ramen with desi tadka sauce and garlic seasoning. Do try it...

Just can't get enough of this place. Totally in love with the food. This outlet is in the food court section of growels mall. The staff was well trained and soft spoken even helped in selecting the wok.

We ordered : Started with minty mojito, lemon ice tea and Green apple with bubbles they were good but don't go with the bubbles. Then we had PANNER CHILLI which I really loved and it was cooked perfectly and CHILLI PANEER BAO which was fresh and soft.

Then we had personalised wok: Ramen noodles with Desi chilli sauce (totally recommend) veggies- broccoli, onion and bell peppers and seasoning: burnt galric and fresh cilantro 5/5

Steam rice with Bangkok sauce and veggies like mushroom, carrot, onion and broccoli with seasoning of fried onions. 4/5 . They put quantity of veggies in wok.
