Cafe Vrindavan — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am visitor since 20 Years.. i was a die hard fan of Vrindavan till last week. It had one of the Bestest Punjabi Food in Sion. Even better than Peninsula. Last week ordered Paneer Butter Masala like everytime and it turned to be a disaster... I was shocked & confirmed the same to the waiter for the dish.. he said the dish is correct. After noticing their menu i came to know they have changed the whole menu with lot of their USP dishes not to be found in menu.. One of which was Paneer Pahadi Masala... Which use to be yumm.. After again noticing i came to know they have changed their whole management.. Completely disappointed i am never gonna visit for sure.... Ganga Vihar (Old Shabri) has got a positive word of mouth.....

This place is main road side. No need to put your efforts in finding. The entrance is good. The ambience is average restaurant type. Wood table and chairs. Seating comfortable. Lights are good here. Bright and clean tidy place. I lik the food here and service here. Having a morning breakfast after jogging so great. Price is affordable. The combo breakfast plate is worthy to have in that price. My personal experience having a breakfast here is good. When you are finding small restaurant or breakfast or tea meeting. While you are in this area this place is good choice to go here....

Scam - water bottle scam. Avoid going to this hotel. I.went to their AC section - upper level - I was there for my lunch just by myself. Along with my food I ordered a ten-rupee water bottle. When the bill came they charged 20 for the water bottle when I asked the waiter he said “ Ac mein 10 ka bottle ka 20 rupiya” when I checked the MRP on the bottle it was 10. This is unacceptable. It is a bad practice. Remember in the bill they already charged...
