Sbarro New York Pizza - Sion — Restaurant in Mumbai

Ajankya sion branch manager Mumbai is totally irresponsible. I order pizza at 18.00 and did not reach to my place which is just 12 minutes away from the restaurant till 20.35 .Pls do not buy pizza from this pizza company as no one is ready to take any responsibility. This is happened at least 4 to 5 time with me with this pizza company. They speak lies telling us that the delivery is left but actually they don’t do it . Totally unprofessional behavior and unprofessional company as they don’t know what’s happening in their company. When I asked them for the bill they did not give me so I told them that you need to get the bill first so the person left at 20.35. The worst part was the person came to my residence at 22.30 in the night when we were sleeping to collect the money without getting the bill again .When I had placed the order the store manager told me the bill of 1008/- and when the person came to collect the cash is quoted me 40/- extra for no reason and had no bill with him . The person who came to my house was so shameless that he kept on laughing without no reason. Trust me guys the pizzas which they gave were reheated and stale pizzas which were not delivered to me for 2.5 hrs. This company has no shame to even apologize for what they have done .Will take all possible social media help to bring forward the wrong doings of this company. Totally shameless people. For money they can sent people at 1.00 in the night without sending...

I placed an order for 2 pizzas - barbecue chicken and veg Mexican at 5.00pm today . I told her that the barbecue chicken should not be spicy because it was for my mother who is a Senior citizen. The lady taking the order communicated to me that the pizzas would be delivered in 45 mins to my residence i.e by 5.45pm. Iam staying in Everard Nagar and the Sbarro store is just 10 minutes from my residence. For the next 1.5 hours I was communicating and did not get any positive response. The delivery boy switched off his phone. Finally after 2 hours at 7.10pm, I received the pizzas. There was no bill. On the pizza box, only a slip showing the quantity and type of pizza was mentioned. I refused to pay without the bill. I must say that , at Sbarro , Sion, the staff are uneducated and don't know how to deal with clients. I told the store to whatsapp me the bill and I finally paid Rs. 588/-

On eating the pizzas, I observed that the crust is so hard to bite and it is not cooked at all. Secondly there was no cheese in any of the pizzas. Disgusting!!!! My poor mother who is 77 years old was struggling to eat the pizza. Also the barbecue chicken pizza was prepared very badly. Horrible taste!!!. This is how you cheat the customers???

Today , being New Year 's day, my mother and I thought we would enjoy some pizza. Hence I ordered.

Sbarro , Sion spoilt our taste and also ruined our New Year with these tasteless pizzas which was sent...

Good Restaurant with nice ambience. With lots of youth crowd. The Pizza is made fresh as you order. The pizza dough is made just in front of you, so there's no question in compromising over quality. It may take some time after ordering pizza and then getting on the table. So patience is the key.

We had ordered Veg Supreme & Veggie Delight in 18 inch. The pizza was good according to the price but as per my taste it was too dry at some places requiring you to add some ketchup on it to make it somewhat better.

But I would certainly recommend you to go with Cheese Blast in 12inch as its much better deal and tastes much better than the ordinary crust. I like their BBQ Paneer and Veg Mexicana in Medium Cheese Blast variant.

Overall a good place with nice ambience and good pizza.
