Hi I am Rakesh solanki from Mumbai bandra i am your regular customer today I visited your branch at bandra near otters club Carter Road at 1.30pm there were 2 staff sitting n one of them was on a call I asked for 200g paneer 3 packets total 600gm but no one was bothered the person on cal is telling other person to give me the paneer n other person is telling him to give n they both started arguing with each other in front of a customer then i interrupted in between n told what nonsense is going on then I person who was on a cal got up but didn’t kept the cal n went near the fridge n started cutting the paneer n putting in bag he was so busy on a cal that he didn’t take paneer tray near the weighing scale n after that he got the bags of paneer near the weighing scale n after weighing 200g in my packet the left over paneer he was keeping down so I told him again that this is the hygiene u r maintaining then he answered me I will throw the paneer which I am keeping down which he was lying that same paneer he will put in same tray.
