Chai Point - Lokhandwala, Andheri West — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had went there for reedeming the free boba coupons provided by zomato in a promotion event. So when I entered the cafe and stood in front of the counter to order, i was left unattended for 10 mins. The 3 staff members where chitchatting behind the counter. They saw saw me standing there even then they didn't have any courtsey enought to take my order. After about 10 mins I gave him my order which was of Coffee Boba, Fresh Mango Boba and Fresh watermelon Boba.  Now for making my boba teas they took 45 freaking minutes, i had to go to the counter to complain about it, the reason they gave for taking so much time was because there were many orders, and what an amazing lie it was, because along with me there were only two tables occupied, and come on Boba teas hardly take 10 minutes to make even Starbucks make their drinks in 10 minutes even when all their tables are occupied. so after complaining they gave me my order but one by one, the exact meaning of this is, first they gave my coffee boba, then after 5 minutes the mango boba and after 10 minutes the watermelon boba. The taste of mango boba was horrendous, it was sour and taste like an orange gone bad, when complained about it the staff said that the flavour is like that only, and the watermelon boba had such an artificial smell and taste that that it wasn't even 1% close to the real watermelon. tbe only drinkable boba was the coffee boba, which was the only one thing that got finished and the rest of the of the boba teas were disgusting and undrinkable. The staff were not even apologetic and were the worst. I am never going to visit this place ever again. Please be aware of this disgusting place and think...

This is a quaint little place in Yamuna Nagar Andheri west. Location is good. But the problem is SERVICE & FOOD. Service industry motto is good quick service with a smile..if you cannot provide that you will fail - miserably..I ordered a chicken roll…with hardly any customers it should have taken 5-7 minutes max, but it took 31 minutes. You are on the clock when you serve..because I like to time it. Taste of the roll was okish- 2.5/5. Ditto with chicken tikka roll. There is a peculiar sweet sauce which they put in the roll. I have eaten rolls at Tibbs or Hangla- no sweet sauce..sweet sauce with chicken tikka 😬..seriously??.. ✅ Elaichi kesar chai - decent - at least you could get the taste of saffron & a hint of elaichi 3/5 Ambience is good. But the AC makes a crazy growling noise as soon as you step out and sit outside. ( for smokers). Please...

Only good thing is the outdoor seating. The service is so laid back. Looks like they were disinterested. This was at 5 00 in the evening. Had less clientele..shelves were empty. The cashier took the money and then said it will take 10 minutes. He refused to even come and tell us when it would be ready..to top it the regular ginger tea costed 117 rs. As against the e5 they charge at the kiosks..understand it is a sit out but no value for money at this outlet ... Chai point has been my all time favourite , but this one was a disappointment.
