A quiet regular client and a die hard eater who travels to eat. Visited this restaurant today (13th June'2018) after 03 months and with faces in the restaurant except from the manager. very upset with the food today, let me describe my irony in detail - Called for my favourite dishes, when asked about the missing ingredients the server answers that never was a part of that food. When added further detail he was like Sir this was never a part of that food and moreover According to him I was visiting this restaurant only for the first time. The manager was just A mere spectator and he only greets few of his folks and services them properly rest I don't think he even cares much about the customer. The best part is I use to work in the same vicinity for couple of years and hence I HAD ALMOST tried most of the dishes, it was very disappointing and was hurt bcoz I have met the owner of China land & he is excellent in service. I still remember the evening when it was pouring and the owner was here in the resto be took care of all his clients & I staff. had I really miss the service here big time. You lost a very loyal customer who had called for people from Panvel and Borivali just to enjoy the cuisine here. You've lost atleast 05 loyal customers today. Thank you & your family...
